United Cree — Our Story

Built on experience, guided by responsibility

United Cree was established to deliver reliable industrial services and infrastructure solutions in environments where safety, coordination, and trust matter most. From remote project sites to regulated industrial operations, our work is grounded in practical execution and long-term accountability.

Over time, United Cree has grown by responding to real operational needs—integrating drilling, equipment, civil works, logistics, and modular infrastructure into a coordinated service offering. This integrated approach allows us to support complex projects efficiently, particularly in remote and logistically challenging regions.

Our story is not defined by rapid expansion or slogans, but by steady capability building, disciplined operations, and partnerships that endure beyond individual projects.

Lee Quachegan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of United Cree, a 100% Indigenous-owned services and infrastructure company based in Timmins, Ontario. Lee brings deep personal and cultural roots to his work, originally hailing from Moosonee and Moose Factory, where his connection to community, heritage, and northern Indigenous realities informs how he leads and builds sustainable enterprise.

Under Lee’s leadership, United Cree has grown into a diversified industrial services firm offering heavy-equipment rentals and sales, modular construction solutions, specialized drilling services through United Cree Rouillier, civil and earthworks support, access solutions, and logistics services designed for mining, energy, utilities, and remote-site projects. Leadership

Experienced leadership with operational perspective

United Cree’s leadership team brings hands-on experience across industrial services, infrastructure delivery, and project coordination. Our leadership approach emphasizes clarity, accountability, and decision-making informed by field realities.

Rather than managing from a distance, leadership at United Cree remains closely connected to operations—ensuring that safety, quality, and project objectives are consistently understood and upheld. This practical leadership model supports responsive problem-solving and reliable execution across all services.

By maintaining strong alignment between leadership and operations, United Cree is able to adapt to evolving project conditions while maintaining disciplined standards.

Indigenous Ownership & Values

Ownership rooted in respect, accountability, and collaboration

United Cree is an Indigenous-owned company. This ownership informs how we approach work—emphasizing respect for land, communities, and long-term outcomes rather than short-term gains.

We understand the importance of working responsibly within Indigenous territories and alongside community partners. Our approach prioritizes collaboration, transparency, and environmental stewardship, while meeting the technical and regulatory expectations of industrial and public-sector projects.

Indigenous ownership at United Cree is not symbolic—it shapes our perspective on accountability, relationship-building, and sustainable development. These values guide how we work with clients, partners, and communities alike.
