Lee Quachegan is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of United Cree, a 100% Indigenous-owned services and infrastructure company based in Timmins, Ontario. Lee brings deep personal and cultural roots to his work, originally hailing from Moosonee and Moose Factory, where his connection to community, heritage, and northern Indigenous realities informs how he leads and builds sustainable enterprise.

Under Lee’s leadership, United Cree has grown into a diversified industrial services firm offering heavy-equipment rentals and sales, modular construction solutions, specialized drilling services through United Cree Rouillier, civil and earthworks support, access solutions, and logistics services designed for mining, energy, utilities, and remote-site projects. His strategic direction emphasizes operational reliability, disciplined execution, and community-aligned economic participation.

Lee’s leadership reflects a blend of practical operational experience and values-driven stewardship—prioritizing safety, quality, and cultural respect while delivering complex services in demanding environments.
